I believe that's Juan Pablo Skrt, one of the two Phantoms from the Buenos Aires production.

Now I have a request: I'm looking for photos of the Phantom, Christine and Raoul together--preferably promo, posed or backstage or shots; anything as long as they're in costume. Ideally I'd like Christine in her 'Wishing' gown, but I will take the wedding gown too.

These are great shots, both the Marcus and Froman ones. I'd love to see Harvey as Mme. Giry and Weitzer's Andre. I always loved his Raoul. And I want to see Jerome as Firmin again. Probably won't get to though.

Wasn't there one with Steve, Sarah and Michael - Sarah is wearing the wedding dress. I always see it from time to time but it's such a crappy size/crappy scanned version that I'd like one that was better.

It's definitely London, and IIRC, it's Richard Halton and Deborah Dutcher.

It is Richard Halton (awesome Phantom!) but Christine is Celia Graham.

Ah, she was my second guess.

You should, he was an awesome Phantom. He had a really nice operatic voice and his acting was excellent, i was lucky enough to see him three times and he is one of my two favourite Phantoms.

I was lucky enough to have somebody pass along an audio of him last night (w/ Celia Graham and Robert Finlayson). He does have a lovely voice and some interesting ways of delivering lines. Especially liked how he sang during Wandering child "Come to me angel of music," making it more of a possessing quality. Do you know if there are any existing videos of him?

Yeah it's Peter Joback, Which is a big contrast vocals wise to Richard but there was just something about him. Although his voice is very different to how i normally like Phantoms to sound, i enjoyed it and his acting was brilliant i loved his portrayal.
