The best thing is how the poster thought everyone had seen it already, and some hours later it has like 200 reblogs... Hugh Panaro is quite the dapper in the Hussar uniform, I must say.

These aren't rare, but I have't seen them posted yet - from the new US Tour brochure, for anyone who's interested!  With Mark Campbell/Julia Udine/Ben Jacoby.

What the Hell is up with DJT? Everybody else is in 16th century Spanish garb and the title character is in a Victorian vest and shirtsleeves? Look, the whole Phantom-disguises-himself-as-Piangi thing is going to test the suspension of disbelief limit no matter what; you're not going to make it any more palatable by putting them in similar costumes....

On the plus side, I do love the graveyard set.

Don't even get me started on that mask.  What an absolute mess.  And what's with the leather biker belt in the PoNR pic?!?  Maybe soon they'll just have him in jeans and a t-shirt.  I mean seriously, how does one even justify this?  What a falling off was there indeed...

Justin, the pipes are actually there and float uselessly.  It took me some time to figure out what they were when I saw the tour live a few weeks ago.  One of the many parts of the new lair set that I dislike!  And yes, the belt is awful!  I's meant to match Piangi's modified costume, I think.  But there's really no point since he's still completely covered by the hood/cloak for most of PONR.  During the rehearsal, Piangi is in handcuffs (don't get me started) and on the floor while practicing his lines.

So I'm looking for something not so much rare as obscure, photos of one of the dummies in 'Masquerade', the Harlequin woman:


She's usually placed either on the left side of the staircase (looking from the audience) around the middle, or else right up the top to the right behind Red Death:



So essentially what I'm asking for are super hi-res images of 'Masquerade' or of Red Death in the hopes of spotting this costume! It's usually either black x gold or multi-coloured with the characteristic harlequin triangle pattern. Of course if anyone has any backstage images with this dummy that'd be even better. I've searched my own collection and gone through my backstage books to no avail.
