Re: Souvenir brochures
The special section is in black & white. The first page shows a retrospective of six Broadway Phantom posters in a frame like the Mirror in The Lair. This page would've been lovely in color. The second page is a few photos from the 2006 Record-Breaking Show. The third is a mix of pictures - a photos of Hugh as Raoul, one of the leads at the 22nd birthday performance, George Lee Andrew's Gunness World Records certificate, and ALW with Sarah at the tour closing. The last page has pictures of John Cudia and ALW at the 9,000th performance and Hugh backstage with two students from a high school production.
I don't know if my scanner will boot (I'm replacing it later this week) or I'd post it.

If you don't sell it, it will be great for trading later on... Not for me, I have it, but for others who might have a spare brochure you don't own.Devon wrote:I have another Brazil souvenir brochure up on Ebay if anyone is interested!

Re: Souvenir brochures
This!!! Very rare Hamburg brochure. Seller accepts PayPal, but ships only within Germany. They might ship elsewhere if you ask, though. Gorgeous brochure, quadratic, fantastic photos. A collector's piece indeed!

Re: Souvenir brochures
I got the new South African souvenir brochure some days ago, and I'm totally loving it. Same formate as the old one, but black cover with embossed mask and silver logo, instead of white cover with gold mask and black logo. Also, instead of collages there are now full or half page photos. Alas some are put behind text, as the brochures from the Taiwan and Aussie leg of the World Tour. But the pictures are gorgeous, and quite a few I had not seen before. Like the old one, it's complete with pictures, bios on cast, cast and number lists etc. I'm loving it.
Also, today I finally got a hold of a 1992 West End brochure. It features Peter Karrie as the Phantom, Shona Lindsay (Lisa Hull) as Christine and John Barrowman as Raoul. Very excited about this, I've been wanting a 1992 one for years.

SweetChristine, you should be able to order the new South African brochure from the link PhantomsGhost provided, or rather through the contact info on the site, here: http://www.phantomsa.co.za/contact-us.asp
I *think* they have both the old 2004 one and the new 2012 one in stock. They used the old one for their stop in Cape Town in 2011, while they got a brand new one for the Johannesburg season (which is a lot longer). Ask them to be sure.
Re: Souvenir brochures
I remember when the Australian leg of the World Tour sold plush monkey dolls. Really wish I'd picked one of those up.

I have one of those. He. Is. Adorable. I'm really surprised the monkey wasn't sold world-wide. That lil' guy would still be selling today.
I have been looking on playbill.com.au, and although there is no more Phantom stuff available, they do have some Love Never Dies stuff. I think the only interesting thing is what looks like a pack with post cards in them with all the costume designs. The story may suck, but I love the costumes:

They are hard to contact. If you can't in touch with them through the actual South Africa POTO website, try emailing Playbill Australia. They are the company handling the merchandise for the South African production. I emailed them and got a response immediately. They are very helpful!
