Problems when posting pics

It seems if you post pics that have a fair bit of width to them, the right-hand sides of them get cut off when you post them here, with no option to scroll to see the whole pic. Any way of rectifying this?

I must admit I do like that enormous pictures don't screw the whole site layout, but it's not good that the actual picture is cut so we can't see the whole picture. I'll look into it.
