Maybe they were inspired to release this title in anticipation of the revived interest in Phantom as a result of the 25th Anniversary of ALW's musical!

I've never seen this one.
Nice to see it's on DVD...just too bad it's not streaming or on DVD at Netflix or Hulu, or my local library...
