I'm giving a paper on POTO today!

Man I hope this works! My screen-reader's being a bit weird with this form.

Anyway, I wanted to let you guys know that I'm giving a paper on POTO today at the 6th annual Critical Disability Studies Graduate Student's Conference. I'll be talking about what POTO does with the Gothic Horror genre, looking at how it subverts the genre in ways that can be very empowering for people with disabilities. I'm hugely sorry that I didn't get this posted a lot sooner, but I wasnt' totally sure I'd be able to pull it off until, well, 6:58 this morning! But it's coming off well thank Erik, and I hope I'll be able to post it online eventually if people would be interested. I don't have a website of my own yet, but I'll see what I can arrange.

Anyway, off to the conference!

Thanks! And it went very well! Though unfortunately I had to squeeze my talk into a 20-minute presentation, and you know that's barely enough time to scratch the surface of everything one could say about POTO! There was so much more I could have gone into, and would have loved to had time permitted! But that's what the written version's for. So never fear, I will get that done, and as soon as I solve the problem of where to post it I'll be putting it up online.
