I've created and saved a signature but it isn't showing in my posts. Am I doing something wrong? :geek:

It's seems everyone is having that problem. I think our lovely Admin said she might have to enable or allow signatures from the main control panel.

Hopefully it should be activated now - it was pre-set on not allowing signatures. I've clicked on allowing signatures, so hopefully it'll be functionable later today (seems to be a small delay in the system)

If not, you might need to activate the possibility of signatures in your own profile as well:

Profile - preferences - "Always attach my signature" (yes)

I X my fingers that this will solve the issue. If not, get back to me on the matter, and I'll keep stumbling around in the dark, mysterious corridors of the admin panel in search of a solution...

Looks like it's working now...I just tested it with my link and spotted a sig in someone else's post, too.

Thanks!

Heh . . . I went back and edited all my previous posts to show my sig. I'm slightly OCD like that. Laughing

is it cool if I put a small banner into my signature? (the dimensions are 100x400)

I think pics in signatures is OK, as long as the size is moderate and in general not much larger than the actual posts (around 200 pixels in height).

It's not fun to download and scroll down tons of signature pictures to see the latest reply in a topic, so if people start going bananas I might look at the issue again. But so far people seem to have an idea of what is acceptable.
